Admissions
Of course, before you can begin your adventure with the Virginia Tech Corps of Cadets, you need to be accepted to Virginia Tech. Admissions for the Corps are handled through the University admissions office. In order to join the Corps of Cadets, you must answer "yes" to the question about enrolling in the Corps. Alternately, you may email the admissions office and have your status changed. More policies and information regarding admission can be found on the University admissions site.
Once you have been accepted to the University, you need to complete some paperwork for the Corps. Mostly this includes some medical and administrative paperwork. These forms can be found here.
Note: All incoming Cadets must undergo a full physical to participate in the program.
Things to Know:
- November 1st is the deadline to apply to Virginia Tech for Early Decision.
- January 15th is the regular deadline to apply to Virginia Tech.
- The best way to learn about the Corps is to participate in the Spend the Night program.
