The Presidential Inaugural Committee has invited the Virginia Tech Corps of Cadets Regimental Band, the Highty-Tighties, to participate in WE ARE ONE: THE OBAMA INAUGURAL CEREMONY AT THE LINCOLN MEMORIAL, the Opening Celebration for the 56th Presidential Inaugural, on Sunday, January 18. The band will march in front of the Lincoln Memorial and play a 20-minute set between 1100 and 1200 on Sunday afternoon as part of the kick-off of the celebration. The celebration will be televised by HBO on Sunday, January 18 from 7:00-9:00 p.m.
